Betafriq

BetAfriq was a Kenya-focused betting brand operated by Pesa Bets Limited. It appeared on a 2024 Kenyan betting-licence list and previously promoted sports betting, live markets, virtual sports, casino games and mobile access. The former company website was betafriq.co.ke.

Betbench's existing closure notice records that BetAfriq shut down in August 2024. The original site could not be verified as a working sportsbook during this review. Other websites continue to display information using the BetAfriq name, but they do not establish that the original operator has reopened or resumed taking bets. Older promotions, minimum-stake claims and payout amounts have therefore been removed from current information fields. The profile remains available as a historical record rather than a recommendation of an active bookmaker.
